Make Your Tax Day A Play Day!

It's that time of year! Taxes to be filed and if you're lucky, refunds to be spent! Many of us catch up on bills or buy a new car. Some of us buy things for the house or go on a clothes shopping spree. Then there are some who put the money away for a vacation later in the year. 

Why not do something a little fun and share your refund wealth with the family or a few friends? Host a Tax Day picnic with a cookout, cold drinks and some outdoor games. The big holidays like Thanksgiving, Christmas and Hanukkah are over and Easter is around the corner, but those are holidays  we expect to celebrate and usually with family.

Start a new tradition with Tax Day picnic! Invite the gang over, after this long winter, everyone can use a day of fun in the sun. While the burgers are on the grill, get everyone playing games like Bocce, horseshoes or Rollors. The parents can team up and play against the kids on another team with Rollors, its an easy game and doesn't take much hand to eye coordination, so kids of all ages can play.

What if you are one of those unfortunate folks that has to pay in more taxes this year? Well, can you think of a better way to forget your woes than having a cook-out party with your friends?
